I’m on tour now so I’ll be gone a few weeks. Probably going to be posting pictures on a regular basis though. Anyone who is interested in TMV or ATDI will be interested. Or hell, music in general.
WOMENS FITNESS FACTS.
Ok while most of this is totally interesting, the whole ‘skipping meals makes you keep weight on’ thing is bullshit of the highest caliber. I fast for 14-16 hours most days (for the past ~6 months) and have continued gaining muscle and losing body fat at a steady pace. Honestly, I think I’ve lost it more easily since I started fasting. It’s far easier to control my caloric intake when I have a shorter eating window (and I do eat an appropriate amount of calories) and it hasn’t negatively impacted my training at all.
